Application Fee
$50,000 plus $400 for each guest room in excess of 125 guest rooms.
Franchise Royalty Fee
3% of Gross Rooms Revenue during Year 1
4% of Gross Rooms Revenue during Year 2
5% of Gross Rooms Revenue from Year 3 through end of Franchise Agreement
Marketing Fund Contribution and Reservations and Technology Fee
3.5% of monthly gross rooms revenue (1)
